New Support website launched

Recently, we launched a brand new Support website featuring helpful articles on everything between heaven and earth when it comes to Gorilla Warehouse services.

The site accessible under 'Support' on the main menu is a kind of frequently asked questions page but with detailed instructions and a convenient menu to help you find the information you need about the warehouse. The idea of this initiative is to make it easier for all customers and parties involved in the warehouse to find information and get answers to their questions. Likewise, this is intended to provide relief to customer service by resolving issues without staff having to be involved.

  • How to create an order (in warehouse management)
  • Tariff
  • Licensing and security
  • Where's my order
  • All routes of delivery and information about them
  • Lost shipments and damage issues

The Gorilla ChatAlongside the Support website, there is now an online chat on the Gorilla Warehouse website where customers can contact customer service directly, and a chat-bot suggests popular articles that should answer the majority of queries (such as questions about pending orders, information about warehouse services and more).
