On this page you will find practical information about our warehouse management system. We recommend learning the system right away, as all our work for you will be done through here.
The warehouse management system we use is called Extensiv.
Sometimes we talk about WMS = Warehouse Manager Software.
NOTE: You will be able to access your own backend after your products have been received.
NOTE: Extensiv only works on a computer (not on a phone) and it works best in the Chrome browser (not as well in Safari or Edge for example). So, if you are facing any technical issues, try using the right device and browser.
What can you do about the system?
- You can track the status of orders (what is at the reception, what has been processed, are there any orders 'stopped'?)
- You can create orders (instructions here)
- You can track your inventory status (instructions here)
- You can download all kinds of reports (such as inventory status, high-moving items, and such)
